At Country Kids Children’s Center, every day is an opportunity to learn, explore, and have fun. Our calendar keeps families informed and involved, with a clear view of upcoming activities, events, and special experiences.
Our monthly calendar gives families a clear snapshot of what children are experiencing including special events, and field trips. It also helps parents stay informed about important reminders, center updates, and upcoming celebrations so they can stay connected to their child’s day-to-day experience. You can easily view the current calendar online.
Let’s celebrate our Country’s Birthday and freedom. We will learn about our Country and what makes it so amazing! We will visit several historical sites in our area. Pioneer Day this month gives us the opportunity to learn about our local heritage.
The children go outside every day the weather permits. They enjoy running and playing outside. Our Nature Explore Outdoor Classroom gives children opportunities to have “hands on” experience exploring nature and using their creativity to build and create.
Children learn in many different ways. Each child has his own way of learning—some learn visually, others through touch, taste, and sound. Watch a group of children and you’ll understand at once what this means. One child will sit and listen patiently, another cannot wait to move and count beads. Another wants you to show her the answer over and over. Children also learn in different ways depending on their developmental stage. One thing we know is all children love to learn new things by exploring and discovering. Children love to solve problems during play and in daily activities.
Huge thanks to all of our teachers for the amazing work you do with the children.
